Southbrook Church

Southbrook Church has experienced dramatic growth since its founding. They were given an opportunity to purchase a property with an existing church building and gymnasium. GROTH Design Group assisted with Master Planning for various options.
The Phase-I project, completed in early 2016, expanded the classroom, support, and fellowship spaces to address the immediate needs, but also set the stage to support a good flow of circulation and enhancement of fellowship activities once a larger new worship space is undertaken in Phase II.
Phase II – In 2020 Southbrook Church completed an additional 22,482 sf for new worship and gathering space. The worship space is designed to seat 700 people with the capability of expanding for seat 900 at full capacity. The Gathering space has flexible seating, is flooded with natural light, and provides a visual connection to the surrounding terrain. The Gathering overlooks a beautifully landscaped exterior courtyard designed to be visually welcoming to the surrounding community.
